We are a 100% independently New Zealand owned and operated business, based in beautiful New Plymouth, Taranaki. We are able to supply our products to customers nationwide and pride ourselves on prompt, accurate service.
We help businesses and homes throughout New Zealand to find the right cleaning and packaging solutions. We provide quality products which we know will deliver fantastic results for our customers, including a wide range of environmentally sustainable products.
We understand the purpose of our role is to create a partnership that encourages the growth and success of our customers – your needs are our priority. Our friendly, knowledgeable team go the extra mile to ensure our customers find the solution they’re looking for. We are committed to personal service and if we don’t have a suitable product in stock, we’ll find it for you.

Leonie Radcliffe
Branch Manager

I have been a part of the Pack Centre team for 13 years, moving into my role as Branch Manager a role which includes account management.
I bring 27 years of sales experience and knowledge to the business, gained from working within a variety of industries including advertising (both print and radio), freight, tourism and hospitality. I also spent two years as the sports administrator for my children's primary school in their early years before moving to Pack Centre.
What I really enjoy about being a part of Pack Centre is meeting people, the long term relationships we build with our customers, the friendships made along the way and working with a well-established, fun team who all bring different ideas to the table.
Maureen Bishop
Account Manager

I have been in my current role as Account Manager with Pack Centre for nine years. I predominantly cover the South Taranaki area, where I enjoy liaising with my customers, sharing my knowledge of products, keeping them informed and helping them make their decisions. I also particularly enjoy introducing new customers to Pack Centre.
Brendan Horsfall
Warehouse Manager and Service Agent

I have been with Pack Centre since May 2018. My role as Warehouse Manager sees me managing stock control, processing inwards and outwards goods, ensuring efficient delivery of orders our customers.
As service agent, I look after dish washers, washing machines and mixing stations at our client’s premises.

I commenced work at Pack Centre in April 2013. I am the friendly front face of Pack Centre and the first contact for most people whether they walk into the store, call, email or order via our website.
My administration skills are now focused solely on providing high levels of customer service, including sales support for Leonie and Maureen. I enjoy interacting with people and helping our customers with quotes, orders and sourcing products.
When I'm not at work, I volunteer for Cystic Fibrosis New Zealand, enjoy catching up with my family and friends, surfing and reading.

Purchasing and Customer Service

I have been with Pack Centre for eight years. I take care of purchasing, stock management and general trading operations. I also conduct system maintenance for products, pricing, and website content.

I joined the Pack Centre team in Feb 2020 after spending the previous 20+ years in the joinery industry. My role consists of all daily warehouse duties including order dispatch, deliveries and any onsite dispenser installations.
